At the heart of Mathaba Human Capital is Thabisile Mpanza, a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist and Project Manager with over a decade of expertise in recruitment, project management, talent acquisition, and career coaching.  

With a track record in high-volume recruitment, talent pipeline management, and strategic hiring, Thabisile has worked with leading organizations across industries such as Business Process Outsourcing, Consulting, Property Management, Financial Services, FMCG, ICT, and Engineering. She has successfully managed recruitment projects in South Africa and internationally, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent solutions.
